The AppleCheeks Cover size 4 is designed for older children, fitting from approx 60-100lb ( 27-45kg). It can be used either by stuffing an Applecheeks insert (XL size is ideal) in the pocket or by using as a regular nappy cover over a fitted or flat nappy eg a prefold. With elastication all the way round the waist, this nappy can also be effectively used as a pull up if required, it gives a trim fitting look when on and is avcailable in a variety of plain colours and prints
