3 organic cotton panty liners - length 17cm x 7cm, 2 layers of absorbent organic cotton. Suitable for light days, backup for a menstrual cup or staying fresh throughout the month or mild incontinence.
6 organic cotton Regular/Day pads - 4 layers of absorbent organic cotton. Suitable for every day use, medium days, length 25cm x 8.5cm.
3 organic cotton Large/Night pads - 4 layers of absorbency, 1 layer protective PUL and a larger 33cm x 8.5cm size for heavier days and night time
Wash before first use - this will increase absorbency
Then fasten the wings of the pad around the crotch of your panties, there's a choice of popper position depending on width of the crotch. The side with the visible seams is the absorbent side and should be uppermost.
